Buchaille Etive Mor

A really nice hill! We scrambled up the stream which comes down from the belach, and then had a warm sunshine walk over the tops, including Stob Dearg and Stob na Broige, whilst looking at the fantastic views over Rannoch Moor, the Glencoe hills, and Loch Etive. We had quite a late start on the hill, not arriving at the carpark below Buchaille Etive More until 2pm and didn't finish the walk until 10pm at night! Luckily the long summer days meant that only the final 45 minutes of the walk were in the dark, and by then we were on a flat (although boggy) walk out.

Ben Lawers

The first team munro! A relaxed summer walk up Ben Lawers, via Ben Ghlas, and sunny most of the way up although the top was covered in cloud with high winds.
